Dear Experts,

The selected Test Project concept is now available on the website at: https://www.worldskills.org/testproject

This will now be sent to the independent designer to make the 30% changes as is the requirement documented in the Technical Description.

Kind regards

Re: Test Project for WSC2017 Plastering and Drywall Systems

Postby Kuo Jen Chang TW » 06 Sep 2017, 06:54

Hi dear all good day :
My name is Kuo-Jen CHANG/TW Look forward to see everyone in Abu Dhabi 2017
But I has some questions :
1. About TD 21 4.4 ASPECTS (This will be displayed in the Mark Allocation Table of the CIS, in the following format, when the Marking Scheme is reviewed from C-8 weeks. (Section 4.1))
So the Marking Scheme is reviewed for us is when or not.
2. About TD21 5.4.3 When is the Test Project developed At the Competition (
The Test Project is given to Competitor on C-2 for three hours then taken away.
The Competitor can have 1 hour to complete their planning on the stand on C-1.
The Competitor will produce a list of all components and materials they require to complete the build and finish the Test Project. (Track, stud, Plasterboards, Screws, Trims and beads, finishing materials, etc.). This will be produced by the Competitor by the end of C-1 and will form part of the Test Project assessment. )
The Test Project is given to Competitor has clear detail TOP VIEW as like 2011 and 2013 Test project.
3. About TD21 5.4.3 When is the Test Project developed Before the Competition (The marking scheme and Test Project is developed by an outside designer and reviewed by the Skill Advisor. ) as usually we has not only test project but also DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND TASKS. and until now we have no any description about this worldskills except TD 21.
Therefore CE and DCE please show something for us or description or ASSESSMENT item.

Best regards,
